BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Love in Mind is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage payments and cancellations.

We offer private pay online counselling services by a qualified and registered counselling professional based on a standard pricing model.

Bookings

To secure your first session, the required intake forms (new client form, client consent form and counselling agreement) need to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. If it is not complete, Love in Mind reserves the right to cancel the session, address questions or concerns, and rebook the session. You will receive an email notification of the cancellation or rescheduling.

Payments

Love in Mind offers online counselling sessions for individuals and partners. Payments can be done by following the prompts when booking online. The payment made will confirm your session.

Love in Mind accepts - full - payments through Credit and Debit Card.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of an appointment. If no prior notice is given, or if notice is provided outside the required 48-hour minimum, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full scheduled fee for the missed appointment.​ 

However, in cases of uncontrollable, unexpected, or emergency circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived with approval from the practice owner of Love in Mind.

Refunds 
Payments for individual sessions or package deals are non-refundable once processed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session. If you decide to discontinue a session or package, any unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over to future bookings.

Policy Updates

This Policy is subject to change. Updates will be communicated through email with a 7 business day notice period.
